TEACHERS, GUIDES, ANGELS AND MESSENGERS

Teachers-they are assigned to individuals according to level of consciousness. Teachers often change as an individual grow. Their purpose is purely instructional. You can often ask for their name, you may or may not receive one.

Guides (Guardians)-they are also assigned, usually at the time of birth. Their purpose is protection and guidance. It is not unusual to have more than one and often a departed love one, for a while, will participate as a guardian. Guardians are with you until death or until you’ve reached a level of consciousness that no longer necessitates this. Guides and Guardians will usually identify themselves.

Angels- They are messengers from a specific celestial realm. They usually appear to bring life impacting messages, affirmations of spiritual progress, needed intervention and sometimes they show up just for fun. Angels have always been around and available, unfortunately, most people are too unaware to notice them. Angels seem to expect you to know who they are, but if it’s relkevant they will “announce” themselves to you. A word of caution…Angels love disguises and often appear without their white robe and wings..so be careful how you treat someone…you may be encountering an Angel.

Messengers-They rarely will identify themselves and usually want to do their “job” and leave. It’s not unusual to just here their voice speaking to you, rather than the actually appearing. They often assist in meditation and dreams for bringing information and helping with necessary changes in your energy field to increase conscious awareness.

There is a Universal Law that mandates that in order to achieve certain levels of consciousness, each spiritual entity must help another in growing spiritually.

Teachers, Guardians, Messengers and Angels are fulfilling their own need for growth and development by extending themselves to others. The greatest service that can be done is to extend love…and by that extention..greater love is experienced. When they appear they bring with them a wonderful energy of love and peace.

In the tape “Meeting Your Teachers and Guides” there is an opportunity to experience meeting some of your available spiritual support system. Like every other process of growth, you may need to be patient. Some are able to instantly access the experience, while others will need some time. Be persistant.

‘Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?…Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.’

TELL THEM

In the past weeks I have heard from many individuals about the challenges that they are experiencing now. The loss of loved ones, the ending of relationships, the challenges of talking care of elderly parents, the challenges of raising young children, the appearances of job/career changes, the task of healing body conditions, the overwhelming sense of aloneness and feeling disconnected to everyone and everything, just to name a few. The energy of change is upon us all. Today as I entered into meditation, with a long list of prayer requests, I asked God not only for the dissolution of these many challenges, but for the words that would give us all comfort and hope. In the midst of my meditation I felt a warm and loving presence whisper to me:

Tell them that if they are feeling alone it because they have forgotten that I am always with them. In them, through them, everywhere about them I am there.

Tell them that this energy of change is heralding in a time of love, peace prosperity and wholeness for all of mankind.

Tell them to put down their crosses, and tear up their personal scripts of pain, suffering and loss.

Tell them not to lose hope because they are the hope of a new millennium of Light.

Tell them to come into the present moment now calling forth, moment by moment, their divine inheritance

Tell them they have chosen this time to be on Earth to participate in these changes. They did not come alone but are joined by a multitude of souls here on earth at this time to anchor in this light of transformation.

Tell them that when they are lonely to look about them and behold their brothers.

Tell them to withhold their judgments for when they judge their brothers they have judged my creations, which are perfect in My sight. Ask them, as an extension of love to Me, to seek to find that perfection.

Tell them that they are the “Lighthouses”, which have come to cast the light for all to remember Me. As they let their light shine they will see Me everywhere in all things.

Tell them that what ever their challenges appear to be that they just need to call on My name, get out of My way and prepare for My love to lift them into the manifestation of all that I have created them to be. Tell them that they don’t ask for too much but far too little. I would not deny my created anything because it was always my intention that they have everything.

Tell them that even though they are embodied in the appearance of flesh, they are the same creation as the Angelic Realm and the Masters that they now revere. There is no challenge, task or event that is greater than them. They have come by my authority with every Universal resource created, available to them.

Tell them to make a place for me in their dwelling place and within their heart. Not so that I may come and dwell with them but so that they have a place to dwell with me.

Tell them to come into the silence so that I may speak to them and they will know my love within the core of their being and begin to radiate that love.

Tell them and remember Me!!! Here is the message.

Spiritual growth is experienced in many ways. But however it is experienced, the process of spiritual evolution is not necessarily an easy one. The main difficulty with the spiritual experience is, that often individuals forget that it is a process. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if one could just leap from one point directly to wherever the next point of achievement existed? Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work that way. Instead, often the spiritual path seems tediously overwhelming, with periods of time where it may appear that nothing positive is happening; and at worse, everything seems to be coming apart.

The process of Spiritual growth is, in the beginning based upon what we can do. In starting out it is important to remember that this is only the beginning of the journey. Learning to do yoga, meditation, experiencing body work, doing past life regression work, receiving transpersonal counseling, prayer work and etc., can help you achieve levels of spirituality that weren’t available for you previously. All of these tools are extremely useful and will probably assist you throughout your journey in many various forms. The tools and techniques can assist you but they are not the spiritual path and no matter what your experience is when using them, there is so much more available to experience.

It don’t matter whether you take tenuous steps, or whether you jump head first into the spiritual experience, there comes a time when doing is not enough. All the wonderful techniques, tools, philosophies etc. that brought wonderful results before just won’t work anymore. Why? A large portion of Spiritual evolution has very little to do with “the doingness” or intellectual processing. Not these components are not important, they are very necessary for a beginning conscious awareness that is very important for continued spiritual growth . But there is a counterpart to doing and intellectual processing and it involves the concepts of being and becoming. Without a conscious aware experience of both, it won’t be long before your Spiritual process will get bogged down and eventually come to a halt. Even if you think that being in a “stuck” place really isn’t so awful, it will be just a matter of time before being comfortable becomes being stagnated.

Doing is an outer action which often brings an inner experience. Being is an inner action which allows a greater connection to self; opens the doors to a greater experience of being connected Universally; and changes perception of self, others and the world. Being necessitates getting in touch with yourself; knowing your emotions; and coming into an awareness that your emotions have participated in creating your self perceptions, perceptions of other and your outer world experiences. Being calls for a different and total commitment for becoming responsible for yourself and your creations. Being calls for letting go of your patterns and behaviors you think make you less vulnerable to hurt, pain, shame, and guilt. These same patterns, behaviors and beliefs are going to be the very ingredients that keep you stuck and/ or keep you creating scenarios that you don’t want.

WALKING

In last months newsletter I talked about moving outside of our familiar zones, ‘our boxes’. I’ve heard from quite a few of you that you are finding that your “boxes” seem to be expanding and collapsing on their own! It isn’t the easiest choice knowing that your life will change, not only beyond what feels familiar but also beyond what you may believe is controllable. I’ve thought a lot, since that last newsletter, on ways to experience this transition more comfortably. After all, who says that transitions have to be uncomfortable experiences? 

My inner voice spoke up and asked me “Do you remember learning how to walk?” At first I thought it was a pretty ridiculous irrelevant question. But the truth was I didn’t remember. Learning to walk is perhaps the most monumental event in most peoples’ life yet it is one that we don’t remember. Those fortunate enough to have been around young children get to witness this wonderful event. The moment a child grabs onto something and pulls itself up to stand, every adult in the room begins to smile and applaud not only for the child’s accomplishment but the joy on that child’s face is absolutely contagious. The act of a child getting off its knees to stand begins the transition between being totally dependent to developing new levels of freedom in movement.

The child for a while needs help in navigating its’ environment and there are moments that bring cries of dismay and tears of having not successfully achieved its’ goal of staying upright and in movement. But every child eventually gets up to answer that call of mobility by stepping forward, pausing, often falling and pulling itself up to step forward again. It is not long before that child is not only staying on its’ feet but is running, climbing and jumping. With time they are able to develop skills that enable them to use other forms for a greater ease and freedom in movement: bicycle, automobile, airplane, whatever they desire! But by the time they develop these skills they have become like us…they have forgotten the day that they began to walk.

Perhaps we have forgotten this monumental achievement because we have experienced so many wonderful things as a result of walking that it is easy to over look how limited our experience was when we crawled. Or perhaps the memory of a young child is not sufficiently developed to remember crawling. Perhaps there is in every child an innate

alarm-system that impels the child to stand up, and without consciously realizing the significance, begins the journey of stepping into a new environment of freedom. Perhaps a child doesn’t experience the transition as a challenge but as a wonderful adventure. So instead of fear they only feel excitement. Could it be that a child “knows” that if it stumbles and falls there will be someone who comes and picks them up, kisses the hurt, stands them back on their feet and assures them that everything is fine? Unfortunately, we will never know why we have forgotten because we don’t remember.

I believe that learning to walk is no different than moving beyond our boxes. There is an innate/intuitive part of us that knows when it is time to get off of our knees and move beyond the limited space that we have been experiencing. We can trust that as soon as we get on our feet that we can run, jump, climb and achieve our hearts desires. If we stumble and fall God (universal goodness) will be there to pick us, love us and assure us that everything is fine. We can chose to let go of the fear and instead look for the excitement in the adventure. We will learn to navigate our new environment step-by-step, one step at a time. In time we will have forgotten the box that, even though familiar, kept us limited. So how do you make it comfortably through the transition of change? Just keep on stepping there are better things ahead!

THE WHITE FLAME

This White Flame visualization was given to me recently at a time when I was experiencing pain. I was shown a pure white flame and was told that it was the “Fire of Purification”. The purpose of this Flame was to release any old emotional or mental energy (thought forms) that were being held on a cellular level in the body. It was also explained to me that holding these thought forms, in the body causes pain and discomfort.

Of course I was not consciously aware that I was holding on to energy that needed to be released. Thought forms make up our belief systems. Many of the thought forms have become so common in our choices and actions that we don’t consciously remember that we have them. Emotions are often attached to thought forms, which is why certain thought forms automatically bring with them an emotional reaction. Emotions are always experienced on a body level (physical) and may be accompanied by actual physical symptoms; heart palpitations, headaches, nausea, etc.

Through healing, many thought forms may have been released on the mental level and are no longer part of the consciousness. Emotions without thought forms to support them become stagnant energy and can clog up the harmonic flow within the body. With the release of this energy the body can experience more of a harmonic flow.

To use the White Flame (it is not a light), visualize the flame above your Crown Chakra and when you feel ready allow it to enter your body. Do not direct the flame…it will know which energies are available for release. It will not clear any energy that you still have conscious/unconscious use for. We are still responsible for any current events that we are working through in our lives.

You cannot abuse this flame and may use it as often as you desire. Its’ intention for purification has already been programmed into it…it can only support your highest good. I feel that the availability of the flame is an act of grace being extended to each of us in love.

Someone called me today because of some situations occurring in their life that appeared to be beyond their ability to maintain a place of peace. I know that many are in situations right now where having an attitude of calm and peace seems very difficult. I dont feel that I have any sure solutions, but I do know that we each have the answers within ourselves. Finding those answers may seem to be an impossible task, but they are present within. 

It seems that for the past year there have been many changes happening within our homes, our jobs, our families and within ourselves. It can be very difficult not to fall into a sense of helplessness and despair. I can’t remember experiencing such sudden and intense challenges as those we are faced with now. It may seem that the solutions that we are seeking are beyond, far beyond, our ability to meet them. We must choose to hang onto our faith in the goodness of life, to hang on tightly refusing to let go of our dreams and desires because the dawn is coming with the new day.

In the night our challenges are clearly present. The darkness obscures the answer form clarity and truth. But no matter how dark the night…the dawn is in the next moment and that moment brings our answer. Do not allow the darkness to take your strength, to dismiss your peace, to diminish your faith. Instead allow this time of darkness to build your faith, to replenish your peace, to propel you over into greater heights of joy and renewal. Continue to meditate, to pray, to build your consciousness of positive, loving and compassionate thoughts. Let go of your concentration on the darkness, the challenges, the frustrations, and the despair and instead focus on the dawn that brings the answers, provides the solutions, that heals the pain and sadness. Move through those things that would take your joy, persevere and let the light enfold you…embrace you comfort you.

We are not alone. We are joined and supported by celestial beings. We are encouraged to move through these times to acquire greater empowerment, greater abundance and greater joy. Nothing is impossible for those who are willing to receive. It is our time to open our hearts, minds and spirits to receive. Once we are past the dark challenges that seem to have confronted us, we receive the blessings that have always been there for us. We can then realize the strength that we possess; the peace that has been nurtured and grown; the compassion that has expanded; the power to manifest all things.

Let us prepare for the dawn
