Meditation can accomplish this and more. Dance the Spiral Meditation Collection was inspired by the sharing of many of the
participants who attended my classes. They shared with me how difficult their previous experiences with meditating was. Meditation Made Simple was in direct response to their concerns and needs. Later the collection expanded to include “Meeting Your Teachers and Guides”, and “Creative Expression”.

After a couple of decades of their being in tape cassette form they are all now available in CD’s. I have sold thousands of these meditations over the years and they have benefited numerous people with heightened spiritual awareness, greater clarity and direction on their path of spiritual unfoldment.
