Who dares nothing, need hope for nothing. — Johann Friedrich Von Schiller Many of you have wondered if I had forgot about you…I haven’t. Others have wondered if somehow you were deleted from the email list…no, that hasn’t happened either. You haven’t heard from me in awhile simply because I have been busy being stretched beyond my wildest imagination. A wonderful friend of mine said, “Isn’t it amazing how hard we try to stay in our “box”.” I readily agreed with her. What “box”?

The box that we use to define ourselves, our environment and our relationships with just about everything else. The box isn’t a negative thing and usually it is very comfortable place to be, even if there might be a thing or two we would really like to experience differently in that box. In the last two months (the time that you haven’t heard from me) my box has been dismantled. I would like to honestly be able to say that I freely and willingly surrendered all the pieces of that box, but there is still a wall that I keep trying to reassemble…J! It started actually in December with a house that I was shown (my Guides at work again). Sure it had wonderful available space and great potential (meaning that you’d have to work your fingers off to experience it).

It just didn’t seem to fit into my box, after all where would I possible get the time to totally rehab a house? I really don’t know why at this point in my dealing with them (Guides) why I even bothered to resist! Well…almost 5,000sq.feet later I have pretty much accomplished what I was asked to do. There is still work to be done but the vision of what is to come is very clear. As I lay exhausted beyond what I thought was physically possible, what I was shown was not just a house; but a Spiritual Center that includes a Spiritual Cottage; Office; and an additional workshop area. I know that there will be others who will join me in this vision. As if the house was not enough, by the time it was completed it was time for the tour to Peru/Bolivia.

The people that accompanied me, through Peru and Bolivia, were absolutely wonderful. The countries were awesomely beautiful and words can’t adequately describe the scenes (some of the picture should be on the web site soon). Some of the sites that we visited and experienced the incredible energy of the sacred places/temples were: Cuzco; the Urubamba Valley ; Machupicchu and the wonderful valley city, Aguas Calientes; Punas’ Islands of the Uros people and Tequile while in Peru. The Peruvian people (ancient name is Quechuan) were tremendously welcoming. In Bolivia, where we spent time on a Catamaran cruising Lake Titicaca, we visited and were warmly greeted by the Island people of Sun Island.

The shamans of Sun Island held a special blessing service, Kallawaya, for our group. The group had a wonderful opportunity to walk through and experience how the people, Challapampans, live in the villages. In La Paz we visited the Valley of the Moon and the ancient ruins of Tiawanaku. The greatest part of about this tour is that we had incredible fun. By the time that I returned to New Mexico I felt that my whole life had shifted again!! Box…what box??? Yes my friend is absolutely right…many times when we feel our box being shaken the first reaction is to try and hold on to the existing form. Many times the change we really want to experience in our life necessitates letting go of the previous form. Is it easy? Sometimes, and sometimes it necessitates some very hard work before you can even concept the new form.

Sometimes it necessitates moving totally outside of all of our reference points to trying new food; speaking and hearing an unfamiliar language; changing locations and lodging frequently; meeting people and experiencing different cultures; and physically stretching beyond what you thought was possible. Many times when we truly want to experience more of our life we have to be willing to stretch beyond the familiar and risk.

This month “dare” to live outside of your box!

Many Blessings, Danielle
